I am creative, practical and resourceful in my work. I draw on my background in peer counseling, communications coaching, nonprofit management and other areas to support my clients.
I have developed many tools and resources that have helped me on my own path, and I find it satisfying to share them with others.

Inner Relationship Focusing

Inner Relationship Focusing (IRF) is a process of coming into awareness, through a felt sense of the body, of different aspects of ourselves. We befriend these aspects with our presence. This can be done on one’s own, but is most easily done with companions who take turns holding space for each other. IRF is a powerful tool for working with inner resistance, inner critics, self-acceptance, and much more.
